This page summarises how chips, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses work. It is a simple guide; the full Payment Terms in the app are the rules that apply.

Chips

Players buy chips to play in the game. You play with chips and do not stake cash at the tables. Chips are not legal tender and cannot be sold or transferred to other players except through normal play.

Deposits

• Deposit methods are shown on the Add Cash screen: crypto checkout (such as USDT and USDC) and, where enabled, QR or UPI manual payment.
• Each method shows its own minimum and maximum amount.
• Crypto deposits are credited when the payment partner confirms them; QR or UPI deposits are credited after verification of the transaction ID.
• Send the exact amount, coin and network shown at checkout.

Withdrawals

• Crypto withdrawals are available in supported regions; bank or UPI withdrawals are available only to players in India.
• The amount is held when you request it and is reviewed before payout. If it is rejected, it returns to your wallet.
• Fees and limits are shown before you confirm.
• Withdrawals are paid only to the account holder.

Deposit lock

A percentage of each deposit is locked until it has been played at cash tables. You can see locked and available amounts in your wallet.

Bonuses and promotions

• You can choose a deposit bonus (or no bonus) when you deposit.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement and a validity period in days; unused bonus is removed when it expires.
• A bonus ends if the deposit it was given for is lost or withdrawn.
• You can cancel an active bonus at any time from the app menu (My active bonus).
• Sign-up bonus cannot be withdrawn until a minimum deposit is made and the wagering is completed.
